Not satisfied? Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a hassle-free return or exchange.

  • Hygiene Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, items must be returned with all original accessories and packaging. Devices showing signs of misuse, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for a full refund..

  • Condition: Please retain original packaging for any return or exchange request.

1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Your investment is protected. All Valynaz devices include a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Coverage: This covers technical malfunctions under normal use.

  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover accidental damage (drops/water), misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Claims: To file a claim, please contact our support with video evidence of the technical issue.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Approved warranty claims will result in a free replacement device. Refunds for change-of-mind returns are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.
