30-DAY RETURN POLICY

At Valynaz, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unopened, and sellable condition with all hygiene seals intact.

  • Hygiene Note: For your safety and others, used devices or products with broken seals cannot be returned.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging.

1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Your investment is protected. All Valynaz devices include a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Coverage: This covers technical malfunctions under normal use.

  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover accidental damage (drops/water), misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Claims: To file a claim, please contact our support with video evidence of the technical issue.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Approved warranty claims will result in a free replacement device. Refunds for change-of-mind returns are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.
